Since 2022, a dynamic display has been installed in a bar-tabac in my hometown of Granville.
It runs on Bash scripts, curl, and .mp4 videos played with omxplayer, which supports hardware GPU acceleration to ensure smooth playback of 1080p videos at up to 30 fps on a Raspberry Pi 3B+.
